Cynthia was responsive, courteous, timely, returned calls quickly, did everything she agreed to do, I would consider using her again and would recommend her to others. While many aspects of this transaction were frustrating, things would have (been) much worse without (the) loving, supportive and most of all professional services provided by Cynthia, yeah Cynthia!
